Pay :

$16-$18 Responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials, parts, and finished products throughout the manufacturing facility. Ensures products are handled safely, organized properly, and delivered efficiently to support production, warehouse, and shipping operations.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload materials, products, and components from carts, racks, pallets, and trailers. Move materials throughout the facility to support production and shipping operations. Inspect products for visible damage, defects, or quality concerns during loading and unloading. Verify materials and quantities against production or shipping paperwork. Organize, stack, and secure products properly for storage or shipment. Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment as needed. Maintain clean and organized staging, loading, and unloading areas. Assist production, warehouse, and shipping teams with material handling duties. Follow company safety policies and manufacturing procedures at all times. Report damaged products, shortages, or equipment issues to supervisors.

Requirements:

Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, or manufacturing experience preferred. Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required. Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move throughout the shift. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. High school diploma or GED preferred. #LIND26
