The CandyKing Pick & Mix Brand Ambassador is at the heart of this effort, the face of the brand in stores and the person who ensures the CandyKing experience is delivered with excellence every day. This role is hands-on, shopper-facing, and essential to building CandyKing in the U.S. market.

YOUR MISSION & THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE

As a CandyKing Pick & Mix Brand Ambassador, your mission is to bring the CandyKing experience to life in U.S. retail stores, ensuring every fixture is clean, stocked, fresh, and irresistible to shoppers.

You will:

Serve as the in-store face of CandyKing, creating joyful interactions with shoppers and store teams. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, freshness, and presentation across all CandyKing fixtures. Ensure product availability by stocking, rotating, and placing orders as needed. Build strong relationships with store personnel to support smooth operations and brand visibility. Play a critical role in shaping how U.S. consumers discover and experience CandyKing for the first time. This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys engaging with people, and wants to help build a brand from the ground up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver an Exceptional In-Store Experience Serve as a friendly, welcoming brand ambassador for CandyKing. Engage with shoppers to explain the pick & mix concept and encourage trial. Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and joy. Maintain Fixture Quality & Presentation Clean and sanitize CandyKing bins, scoops, signage, and surrounding areas. Ensure displays are visually appealing and fully aligned with brand standards. Monitor product freshness and rotate stock to maintain quality. Stocking, Ordering & Inventory Management Refill bins and maintain optimal stock levels throughout each visit. Place or support product orders based on store needs and sales velocity. Track inventory and communicate replenishment needs to internal teams. Retail Partner Support Build strong relationships with store managers and staff. Provide feedback on store performance, shopper behavior, and operational needs. Support new store launches, resets, and promotional activations. Brand Standards & Reporting Ensure all fixtures meet CandyKing's global brand guidelines. Document store visits, conditions, and opportunities through regular reporting. Identify opportunities to improve the shopper experience and share insights with the U.S. team.

WHO YOU ARE

You are energetic, reliable, and passionate about creating great in-store experiences. Experience & Background Experience in retail, merchandising, brand ambassador work, or customer-facing roles. Background in grocery, CPG, or experiential marketing is a plus. Comfortable working independently in the field. Leadership Profile Outgoing, friendly, and confident engaging with shoppers and store teams. High attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, well-organized displays. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple store visits per week. Flexible, adaptable, and excited to help build CandyKing's presence in the U.S. Must have reliable transportation and valid U.S. Driver's License Must live in the
