Do you enjoy managing big dog playgroups (25+ pups) and keeping things calm, safe, and fun through training and structure ? About the Role Our daycare isn't just free-for-all play — it's training-based, structured, and intentional . We use treats and obedience skills like name recalls, group sits, individual sits, and gate boundary management to keep dogs happy, focused, and learning throughout the day. In this role, you'll spend most of your shift: Actively running dog daycare playgroups Coaching dogs through structure and engagement Caring for boarding dogs before and after daycare Keeping play yards and care areas clean, safe, and organized You'll also complete our online, video-based training platform , so everyone on our team handles dogs the Paw Oasis way. Schedule & Pay Part-Time:

15-30 hours per week (Open availability preferred)

Typical Shifts:

Morning:

7:45 AM•12:30

PM Afternoon:

1:30 PM•5:00 PM (Some Sundays and all holidays required)

Pay:

$12•14/hour (based on experience)

Tips:
