Job Summary Join our dynamic cannabis cultivation team with 4 OLCC Farms, as a Cannabis Farm Worker and be a vital part of producing high-quality, healthy plants in a vibrant outdoor and greenhouse environment. Duties Assist with planting, watering, pruning, and harvesting cannabis plants using appropriate horticultural techniques Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper water delivery and plant health Monitor plant health by identifying pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies through plant identification skills Operate hand tools and basic mechanical equipment for trimming, staking, and other farm tasks Support greenhouse operations including climate control, ventilation, and lighting adjustments Perform general farm maintenance such as mowing lawns, landscaping, and outdoor cleaning to keep the farm environment safe and organized Assist with record-keeping related to crop cycles, irrigation schedules, and growth progress using basic math skills Skills Growing experience in horticulture or farming environments with knowledge of plant care practices Familiarity with irrigation systems and greenhouse operations Hands-on experience with lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor gardening projects Mechanical knowledge for operating hand tools and small farm equipment safely Ability to identify different cannabis plants and recognize signs of pests or disease Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions Basic math skills for measuring nutrients, adjusting irrigation schedules, or tracking growth data Join us in cultivating excellence!
