Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cannabis Fulfillment Specialist to join us on our journey to transform our bold ambitions for the Missouri cannabis market into a reality. The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for supporting the fulfillment department by performing the essential, basic tasks of packing orders, both wholesale and internal. Additionally, the Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for the physical picking of product and digitally creating transfer manifests. Our Cannabis Fulfillment Specialist will work out of our Rock Hill Warehouse. This full-time non-exempt opportunity will start at $19/hour, working approximately 40 hours a week with the schedule being Monday-Friday from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, and on rare occasions, a weekend day may be requested. Responsibilities for
Cannabis Fulfillment Specialist:
Assists with the fulfillment operations of post-harvest production . This work may include, but is not limited to: Print and review wholesale and vertical dispensary purchase orders via our inventory management system Apex; Communicate with the distribution team regarding delivery routing; Communicate with fulfillment and METRC teams; Physically pack and build out wholesale and vertical dispensary orders; Create shipping labels for wholesale and vertical dispensary orders; Create transfer packages for wholesale and vertical dispensary orders; Create transfer manifests for wholesale and vertical dispensary orders; Coordinate shipping details for wholesale and vertical dispensary orders; Assist with vault inventory management . This work may include, but is not limited to: Communicate with Sales and/or internal dispensary Store Managers/Inventory Leads regarding order discrepancies; Rectify any shipping or distribution errors/discrepancies; Moving product into and through the vault; Packing up for final distribution and quality checking purchased orders before delivery; Additional duties as determined by the Fulfillment Manager; Qualifications for
Cannabis Fulfillment Specialist:
High School Diploma or GED; Ability to show progressive responsibility, and a willingness to accept additional projects or challenges; Knowledge of cannabis fulfillment and inventory operations; Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law; Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by start date; Must be 21 years of age or older; Valid Driver's License & Clear MV report based on company MV requirements; Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Effective time management and planning skills; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs. Preferred, but not required: Familiarity with Missouri medical cannabis laws and regulations. 1+ years of cannabis experience
Environment:
This position requires the ability to reach, bend, stoop, sit, and stand, and carry and lift to 50lbs. The work environment is an environmentally controlled retail store. This position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
