  • Full-time The Manufacturing Technician will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of cannabis products. This position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a passion for producing premium cannabis products. Duties and responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to produce cannabis products.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and weigh raw materials accurately for the manufacturing process.
  • Assist in the formulation and blending of cannabis extracts and ingredients to produce finished products.
  • Perform regular cleaning and sanitation of production equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Conduct quality control checks at various stages of the production process to identify and address any deviations or defects.
  • Document production activities, including batch records, inventory logs, and quality control reports, accurately and promptly.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking and replenishing raw materials and finished products as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and compliance, to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in cannabis manufacturing techniques.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a related field, preferably in the cannabis industry.
  • Knowledge of cannabis extraction, formulation, and manufacturing processes is a plus. skills
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations and standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Prolonged sitting and standing for hours at a time.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at a time; up to 50 pounds with assistance.
