Cannabis Sales Associate (CSA)

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and retail sales, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience by providing exceptional service, assisting customers with their needs, and promoting products through effective upselling techniques. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed throughout their shopping experience. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently during transactions and handle cash payments Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Utilize phone etiquette for customer calls, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly. Packaging our flower and inhouse prerolls when it is needed Delivery Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Accurate cash handling skills, including counting back change to customers. Experience in upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities. Proficient in operating POS systems or similar technology. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Attention to detail in stocking and maintaining product displays.
