• Part-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cannabis Trimmer to join our vibrant cultivation team.

In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously trimming and manicuring cannabis plants to ensure they meet quality standards and aesthetic appeal. Your work will directly impact the final product, helping us deliver premium cannabis to our customers. Responsibilities Carefully trim, prune, and manicure cannabis plants using hand tools and trimming scissors to promote healthy growth and optimal appearance Remove excess leaves, stems, and other plant material to enhance product quality and presentation Inspect plants regularly for pests, diseases, or deficiencies, and report issues promptly Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools to ensure a safe and efficient workspace Assist with harvesting activities as needed, including drying and curing processes Follow all safety protocols related to handling plant materials and equipment Support greenhouse or indoor cultivation tasks as required, including watering, staking, or supporting plants Skills Strong knowledge of plant identification and horticultural practices Experience with irrigation systems and growing techniques in greenhouse or indoor environments Familiarity with gardening, landscaping, farming, or agriculture practices Mechanical knowledge of hand tools such as scissors, shears, trimmers, and pruning equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during harvest or setup activities Basic math skills for measuring plant growth or trimming quantities accurately Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control in plant grooming Comfortable working indoor in various weather conditions with outdoor work experience Knowledge of greenhouses or controlled environment agriculture is a plus Join us in cultivating excellence!
