Cannabis Trimmer

Riverside Farm, Utah's trusted source for premium medical cannabis, is hiring 2-3 reliable team members to join our cultivation and production team at our farm in the Tremonton/Garland area. This is hands-on work in a rural outdoor + indoor grow environment. Primary duties focus on trimming flower , with cross-training in product manufacturing and full plant lifecycle tasks. What you'll do: Hand-trim and manicure harvested cannabis flower to high quality standards Assist with manufacturing: gummies, tinctures, balms, vapes, and concentrates Help plant, propagate, move, and harvest plants (outdoor fields and indoor grows) Perform general farm tasks: watering, pruning, cleaning, and maintaining complianc

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old Able to pass a criminal background check and complete required training to qualify for a Utah cannabis production establishment agent card (we will guide qualified candidates through the fingerprints + UDAF application process) Comfortable with physical work: standing for long periods, repetitive hand tasks (trimming), outdoor exposure, and working in a cannabis environment with strong odors Reliable transportation to our Tremonton-area farm Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a small team Previous farm, agriculture, or cannabis experience is a plus — training provided
