Cannabis Trimmer & Packer - Post Production

About Us:

Armory Pharmaceutical Inc. is a licensed medical marijuana cultivation and processing facility located in Buckhannon, WV, committed to quality, compliance, and care. We are currently hiring dedicated Post-Production Trimmers and Packers to join our past production team. Job Summary The Trimmer & Packer is responsible for preparing harvested cannabis for packaging and sale. This includes hand-trimming dried cannabis flower, weighing, labeling, and packaging product while maintaining high quality standards and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Trimming:

Hand-trim dried cannabis flower with attention to detail and care Remove excess leaves, stems, and other unwanted plant material Maintain quality, consistency, and visual appeal of final product Clean and sanitize tools and workstations before and after each shift

Packing:

Weigh and package cannabis products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Apply compliant labeling to packaged products Maintain batch integrity, documentation, and accurate records Perform final product inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance

General:

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant post-production work environment Follow all safety protocols, hygiene practices, and PPE requirements Adhere to all local, state, and company regulations related to cannabis handling Work efficiently to meet production quotas without compromising quality Experience Must be 21 + years old and eligible for employment under state cannabis laws Previous experience in cannabis, agriculture, or manufacturing preferred Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks High School diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a background check Work Environment Fast-paced, highly regulated production facility May require extended periods of sitting, standing, or working with hands Exposure to strong plant odors and trimming materials Requires PPE such as gloves, hairnets, scrubs or lab coats What We Offer Competitive hourly wage Opportunity to grow within a licensed cannabis company Supportive, inclusive team culture Ongoing training and development Employee discounts and wellness perks How to
