Car Sales Consultant

Full job description Colandrea Buick GMC is now hiring Automotive Sales Consultants! Our family-owned & operated dealership is looking for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Showcase vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Provide information on pricing, options, and financing
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Upsell additional products and services
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the current inventory
• Follow up with potential leads through outbound sales techniques
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Experience:

• Proven experience in automotive or retail sales is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in basic math for pricing and financing calculations
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with management practices in a dealership setting is a plus
