Car Wash Attendant

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute significantly to our customers' satisfaction and the overall success of our car wash operations. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including exterior washing, interior vacuuming, and detailing. Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all machinery is maintained in good working condition. Buff and polish vehicles to enhance their appearance and protect the paint. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. Assist with window tinting services as needed, ensuring quality application and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Drive vehicles in a safe manner within the car wash facility. Requirements Previous experience in custodial work or car wash services is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and quality service. Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of buffing techniques and window tinting is a plus.
