Car Wash Customer Service Lineman

TruShine Car Wash is seeking applicants to join our team as a Car Wash Customer Service Lineman at our location in Blountville, TN. In this role, the applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards. This is a 7 day a week operation. Weekends would be required as well as other peak times during the week. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation and be able to pass drug test and background check. Competitive pay and benefits offered. Duties and Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: Greet customers. Provide information to customers about our membership program. Guiding customers into the car wash. Checking/Preparing cars before they enter the wash. Basic outdoor property maintenance (empty trash, sweep parking lot). Helping customers use automated kiosks. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment used in the car wash process. Working Conditions All work performed will be done outside in all types of weather. Moving vehicles heighten safety concerns, must stay alert and aware of surroundings. Be able to maintain a positive attitude, speedy service and great work ethic under pressure. Requirements Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Car wash experience preferred, but not required. At least one year of customer service experience.
