Car Wash Wiper- 14373 SE McLoughlin Blvd.

The Wiper is responsible for providing a high-quality finishing touch to customer vehicles by thoroughly drying exterior surfaces and windows and ensuring a clean, streak-free appearance at the exit of the wash tunnel. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining Washman's standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. Essential Job Duties Dry vehicle exteriors using approved towels Inspect vehicles at exit of tunnel to ensure a sparkling clean car Wipe exterior surfaces and windows as directed and following Washman procedures Maintain a steady workflow to support wash volume and team productivity Provide friendly, professional interaction with customers Maintain clean, organized, and stocked drying areas Follow proper towel handling and equipment procedures Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned Customer Service Expectations Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Thank customers for their business Maintain a positive attitude and team-oriented approach Respond to customer needs promptly and courteously Represent Washman Car Wash professionally at all times Physical Demands Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive hand motions Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and humidity Work Environment Outdoor environment with exposure to moving vehicles Wet, humid, and noisy conditions Fast-paced team setting with continuous vehicle flow Current Position(s)
