Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Cardiac Rehabilitation Assistant position in our Cardiology Department. Assist with Cardiac Rehabilitation Program providing direct patient care and monitoring during exercise sessions under the supervision of the Cardiology Medical Director and Cardiac Rehabilitation Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Associates degree or higher preferred. Must obtain CMA, LPN, or Exercise Physiology certification or equivalent (as determined by Director) within 1 year of hire. Medical Assistants must be certified through completion of an accredited NCCA (National Commission for Certifying Agencies) exam.

Licensures, Certifications, Registrations:

ACLS certification within 6 months

Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

EKG rhythm recognition preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology preferred.

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours/week
