About the Clinician's Workday The NP will provide comprehensive cardiothoracic surgery coverage with 24-hour call responsibilities including surgery first assist, hospital rounding, and charting duties. The clinician will collaborate with 3 other APPs to ensure continuity of care across the cardiothoracic surgery service line. Daily responsibilities include managing 4-5 cases and maintaining accurate documentation for all patient encounters. The position requires board certification negotiable and continuous availability for emergency interventions.
