Reporting to a senior nursing executive as the Cardiovascular Service Line RN Director, this role is backed by experienced service-line leaders, analysts, quality partners, and educator support . This role oversees clinical operations, growth strategy, budgeting, staffing, quality metrics, accreditation readiness, and patient experience across cath lab, CV-OR interfaces, step-down/ICU touchpoints, and ambulatory access. The CV RN Director also collaborates closely with physicians and advanced practice providers and thrives among friendly nurses and a diverse multidisciplinary team committed to continuous improvement.
