Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant Locums Job l Northern California | Ongoing and Starting July Description/Requirements for Assignment #115041: Active California license and Board Certification required All shifts 7am-5pm onsite then night call 5pm-7am Currently doing average of 10-11 heart surgeries per month Thoracic cases that the PA may also assist with Rounds every morning and the PA's are writing notes on post op patients Averaging less than 10 patients in the hospital at a time Follow-up clinic at the hospital in the afternoon on Tuesday and Thursday (often after a morning surgery) and see up to 6 patients Minimal callback during night call

Cerner Care B with SurgiNet 1-2 Hours of Callback per shift Substantial experience in endovascular vein harvesting (EVH) required
