Job Description

  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist with mobility transfers, including the use of assistive devices.
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
  • Light housekeeping, including laundry and tidying up living areas.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Assist with medication reminders (as directed by the care plan)
  • Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
