We' re seeking a Career Service Advisor to help students and graduates transition into the workforce through employer partnerships, career coaching, and hands-on support. What You' ll Do Develop employer relationships through calls, site visits, and networking Meet activity and placement goals in a metric-driven environment Coordinate and oversee student externships and certification tracking Coach students on resumes, job search strategies, and interview skills Lead career readiness workshops and presentations Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards Support campus events, initiatives, and graduation activities What We' re Looking For Associate degree or higher preferred 3+ years of career services, job development, recruiting, or related experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with outreach, networking, and employer engagement Proficiency with Microsoft Office and student record systems
