Caregiver Opportunity•Lake Orion, MI (Immediate Start Available) CareOne Senior Care is currently looking for a dependable and compassionate individual to assist a client in the Lake Orion area. This role offers consistent weekly hours with a focus on meaningful one-on-one support.

Weekly Schedule Wednesday:

10:00 AM•2:00

PM Saturday:

10:00 AM•2:00 PM (includes community outings and church attendance)

Sunday:

12:30 PM•4:30 PM Additional hours may be offered as available About the Role This position centers around companionship and supporting the client's daily lifestyle both inside the home and in the community. Outings may include local activities and church on Saturdays. When staying at home, the caregiver will engage the client through conversation, games, TV, and other simple activities. Flexibility is important, as care needs may vary based on the client's preferences. Core Duties Provide friendly companionship and emotional support Assist with personal care needs including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Support dementia and Alzheimer's-related care needs Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation Assist with safe transfers and mobility (training provided) Drive client to appointments and community activities in a client-provided vehicle Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment Driver Requirement Valid driver's license required Must be comfortable operating a client-owned vehicle What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with mobility support Access to a mobile phone for communication Must pass a background screening TB test required (can be completed during hiring process) Pay & Benefits $14•17 per hour (up to $20 for specialty care situations) Flexible scheduling with consistent weekly hours Mileage reimbursement for client transportation Next-day pay options available Paid training and ongoing development Referral bonus opportunities Dental, vision, disability, and life insurance options Career growth opportunities within the agency Why Work With CareOne Senior Care?
