Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Yorba Linda, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to seniors and clients in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our support team to ensure that clients receive personalized care that enhances their well-being and independence. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide non-medical assistance to clients in their homes, including personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping. Assist clients with daily activities and support their overall well-being and comfort. Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with clients and their families. Document care provided and ensure adherence to care plans. Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional service and proactive communication with clients and caregivers alike.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients and their families. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Some experience in caregiving is preferred; training will be provided. HCA and TB test

Bonus If You:

Have a certification in caregiving or a related healthcare program. Are familiar with virtual care technology. Possess additional language skills to assist a diverse client base.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as Full-Time or Part-Time and may include work on weekends.

Location:

This position will work in a residential setting in homes in the greater Orange County area.
