Director of Nursing Full Wage Range:
18.00-23.00 Full job description: As a Caregiver at Colonial Vista Senior Living, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents, assisting them with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and a positive environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide mobility assistance, including transfers, repositioning, and walking support. Support residents with meals, including serving, feeding (if needed), and ensuring hydration. Monitor and report changes in residents' health, behavior, or needs to HSD. Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to resident care, such as tidying rooms and changing linens. Engage residents in conversation, activities, and companionship to promote social interaction. Follow all safety, infection control, and emergency procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents' comfort and well-being.
Qualifications:
Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required—on-the-job training available. Ability to lift, move, or assist residents safely. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate, patient, and dependable. Pay:
18.00 to 20.00 per hour depending on experience and education. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
