Job Summary LADD provides care to developmentally disabled adults. In this vital role, you will foster a safe, nurturing environment while promoting growth, development, and well-being. Responsibilities Assist individuals with disabilities by offering personalized support tailored to their specific needs Provide personal care with dignity and empathy Assist with mobility, meals, hygiene, and daily routines Offering companionship that brightens each day Observe and report changes in client well‑being Maintain a safe, clean, and encouraging environment Able to work rotating weekends Experience Experience in caregiving roles that involve behavior management and working with individuals with disabilities Certification in first aid and CPR is mandatory; paid training will be provided Leads with patience, respect, and genuine care Communicates clearly and listens with intention Handles challenges with calm confidence Shows reliability and integrity in everything you do Have a valid Driver's License Join us as a Caregiver to make a positive impact every day!
