Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support to individuals of all ages, including children, toddlers, infants, and those with disabilities. In this vital role, you will deliver personalized care that promotes safety, well-being, and development. Your enthusiasm for nurturing and teaching will help create a positive environment where clients feel valued and empowered. Responsibilities Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and hygiene for children and individuals with disabilities Support early childhood development by implementing age-appropriate activities, educational games, and behavioral management strategies Provide safe transportation to appointments, daycare, preschool, or activities as needed Monitor health and safety by administering first aid when necessary and maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment Engage children in play, learning, and social interactions to foster growth and development Collaborate with families or guardians to understand specific needs and preferences for care plans Document daily observations, progress notes, and any incidents accurately to ensure consistent care delivery Experience Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Hands-on experience in caregiving environments that involve behavior management and classroom experience Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities and implementing inclusive care strategies Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred to ensure safety during emergencies Demonstrated ability to teach, nurture, and support children's emotional and physical needs Join us in creating a nurturing environment where every individual feels safe, supported, and inspired to thrive. $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
