Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide high-quality support and care to individuals in various settings, including home, community, and long-term care facilities. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Ability to read, write, and verbally report clinical information to clients, representatives, and other home health staff. Provide patient observation and monitor health status, including vital signs and medication administration Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs Utilize care plans to deliver personalized care tailored to each individual's requirements Maintain a clean and safe environment through light cleaning and sanitation tasks Document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to supervising healthcare professionals Assist with transportation or accompany clients to appointments as needed Engage in ongoing training related to client care. Have dependable transportation and appropriate license to operate vehicle. Qualification Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team setting Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary and assist with mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts Valid driver's license preferred for transportation responsibilities This role is vital in providing compassionate support that promotes independence and enhances quality of life for our clients.
