Caregiver

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide non medical, in-home support to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will help individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life through personal care, companionship, and household support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) Provide toileting and incontinence care (if applicable) Assist with mobility and transfer (training provided if needed) Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, and tidying up living areas) Monitor and report changes in the client's health, behavior, or environment Medication reminders Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with errands or shopping (if applicable) Follow care plans and document services provided Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety at all times

Qualifications:

Valid ID Must be at least 18 years old Ability to lift 25-50 pounds, depending on client needs Patience, empathy, and a strong work ethic Ability to pass background checks and required clearances No experience required
