Responsibilities Assist residents to thrive in a caring and motivating environment. Provide light housekeeping around their apartment that residents can't complete on their own. Assist residents with ambulation, personal care and hygiene. Encourage residents to attend activities. Assist with meal deliveries to apartments and resident requests. Be a pleasant and supportive companion. Report any unusual incidents. Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.

!! Skills Knowledge of ADL's and ability to perform task for/with resident. Current CNA or HCA required. Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards. Respectful and compassionate with outstanding people skills Strong work ethic and a passion for resident care Strong communication skills

Requirements:

Ability to pass background check. Must be fluent in English to be able to effectively read, write, and communicate with residents. At least 18 years of age. CNA or HCA certified required. Valid First Aid/CPR Certification.

Additional Information:
