We are licensed as an Intermediate Care Facility, providing specialized care and assistance tailored to each individual's needs. Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to enhance the well-being and development of those in their care. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others through attentive and respectful support. Shift Available Part time shift including the following days; Saturday 6:45am-2:45pm, Sunday 2:30pm-9:30pm, and Monday 2:30pm-11pm. Duties Assist individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Provide engaging activities that promote social interaction, learning, and personal growth. Support behavioral management strategies to foster positive behavior and emotional stability. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including first aid procedures when necessary. Collaborate with team members and families to develop personalized care plans that meet individual needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all individuals in care. Offer toddler, infant, and childhood care that nurtures developmentally appropriate skills.
