Caregiver

Job Summary We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality support to individuals across all stages of life, including infants, children, and adults with disabilities. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes independence and well-being. Your commitment will ensure that every individual receives attentive, professional care tailored to their unique needs. Responsibilities Provide constant, attentive care to ensure the safety and physical comfort of clients. Assist with essential daily routines, including feeding, hygiene (bathing/diapering), dressing, and mobility. Engage clients in age-appropriate activities designed to foster emotional growth and basic skill development. Implement positive behavior management strategies to support emotional health. Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to follow and update individualized care plans. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment following all health and safety protocols. Administer basic first aid when necessary and maintain accurate documentation of care and incidents. Requirements Proven experience in a caregiving or childcare role. Strong understanding of developmental milestones and best practices in person-centered care. Experience caring for infants, toddlers, or individuals with special needs with patience and empathy. Effective communication skills for coordinating with families and team members. Current First Aid and CPR certification (highly preferred). Ability to handle the physical demands of assisting clients with daily living tasks Employer will provide: Background check TB test CPR certification The shift times available for this job are 1am-6am Monday through Sunday.

Pay:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
