Role Overview:

As a Part Time Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Los Altos, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to our clients in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with families to promote safety, comfort, and dignity for those in need. You'll make a difference in the lives of others while fostering meaningful relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance overall well-being. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients while promoting their independence. Communicate effectively with clients and family members to address needs and preferences. Take ownership of your caregiving tasks to deliver reliable, high-quality care consistently.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Dependability and punctuality in fulfilling assigned shifts. A willingness to undergo training and personal development.

Bonus If You:

Have experience in caregiving or healthcare. Hold relevant certifications in first aid or CPR. Possess bilingual skills for effective communication with diverse clients.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Part-Time, with availability from Monday to Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in San Jose, California.

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
