Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to individuals of all ages, including children, toddlers, infants, and those with disabilities. In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing environment while promoting growth, development, and well-being. Duties Provide attentive care for children, including toddlers and infants, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and dressing for young children Implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, early childhood education, and behavior management Support individuals with disabilities by assisting with mobility, personal care, and daily tasks in a respectful manner Engage children in educational play, teaching foundational skills, and encouraging social interaction Maintain a clean and organized environment in line with childcare or daycare standards Monitor health and safety protocols diligently; administer basic first aid when necessary Requirements Proven experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification or training in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hiring) Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Ability to manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies Flexibility to adapt to different age groups' needs and developmental stages Join us if you're passionate about nurturing growth, fostering independence, and creating joyful learning environments!
