Responsibilities Provide attentive care for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support early childhood development by engaging in age-appropriate activities such as teaching, play, and educational exercises Assist with daily routines including feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap schedules for infants and toddlers Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and emotional regulation Maintain a clean and organized environment aligned with childcare standards and safety protocols Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about the child's progress, needs, and any concerns Apply first aid and emergency procedures confidently when necessary to ensure safety during caregiving activities Experience Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, or nannying roles is highly valued Classroom experience or early childhood education background is preferred to support developmental learning Demonstrated ability to manage behavior effectively while fostering a nurturing environment Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific care techniques for infants through preschool-aged children Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable to ensure preparedness for emergencies Join us as a Caregiver and be part of a team dedicated to enriching lives through compassionate care.
