Job Overview Refined Home Care is seeking a reliable and dependable person to join our team as a part-time Caregiver in the Port Hope area. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts when necessary Maintain cleanliness of living spaces by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing to promote a healthy environment Provide companionship and emotional support t Follow all safety procedures related to patient care, including CPR and first aid, especially during emergencies or incidents Qualifications Prior experience working in assisted living, home health care, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred Certification in CPR and first aid is preferred; Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and recognizing changes in health status Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and staff
