Lifesteps is a non-profit human services organization which has been serving Western Pennsylvania for nearly 100 years by "helping individuals and families with life's changing needs". The Agency provides programs and services to help those with special needs live to their fullest potential. Position Summary:

The Residential Aide provides a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring that each individual is treated with respect and dignity. Improves the quality of life for each individual by assisting them in learning to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community. In anticipation of a new community home opening in the Indiana, PA area, we are hiring three (3) full-time employees.

Available shifts are:

Morning / Daylight 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Evenings 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm Overnight 11:00 pm to 7:00 am We also have part-time hours available ……. Work one day per week or a few days per week …. Great second income.

Position Requirements:

18 yrs. or older Ability to lift 200 lbs. with assistance Valid driver's license/auto insurance Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances GREAT benefit package for full-time employment includes 100% agency paid medical, dental and vision insurance premiums; Paid vacation, sick time and personal/emergency time; short & long-term disability insurance; Tuition reimbursement; 403B Retirement Plan; Life Insurance and 12 paid holidays.
