The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and patients in various care settings, including home care and hospice environments. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of those you serve. Duties Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Monitor patient health and report any changes in condition to appropriate healthcare professionals. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, particularly for those with dementia or other cognitive impairments. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the living space to promote a safe environment. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Must be fluent in spanish language Experience Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or senior care is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hospice care practices is a plus. Certification in CPR or first aid is beneficial. Experience with patient monitoring and dementia care will be highly regarded.
