Responsibilities Deliver attentive care to children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support early childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, socialization, and emotional growth Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and nap times for infants and young children Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive conduct and resolve conflicts effectively Collaborate with families and team members to create tailored care plans that meet individual needs Provide first aid and respond promptly to emergencies or health concerns using proper protocols Support individuals with disabilities by facilitating their participation in activities that promote independence and well-being Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or classroom settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification or training in first aid and CPR is desirable Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including feeding and diapering routines Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering a nurturing environment Passion for caregiving with a genuine desire to support the growth and happiness of others Join us in creating a caring environment where every individual feels valued, supported, and empowered!

Pay:

$32.71 - $37.35 per hour
