Join Home Instead - a team of Care Pros that help people craft their own version of aging. We're looking for compassionate Care Pros to provide meaningful, hands-on support for older adults and individuals with a range of care needs in the comfort of home. We offer a variety of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts with opportunities for consistent scheduling. Schedule Day Hours from 8 am. to 4 pm. Evening Hours from 4 pm. to 9 pm. Coverage needed Monday - Sunday Strong attendance, consistency, and communication are essential. Must possess valid driver's license and car insurance coverage What You'll Do Provide care and support for clients in a home setting Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting and hygiene Actively guide, support and ensure safety during transfers Support catheter care and frequent brief checks (when applicable) Monitor for changes in condition and report appropriately to office Support safe mobility, activity, and daily routines Stay actively engaged and responsive during the shifts to ensure safety and needs are consistently met. Assist with meal preparation and encourage hydration Provide medication reminders Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment Transport clients to appointments or on errands Success in this role means helping clients feel safe, respected, comfortable, and genuinely cared for every shift.
