Job Description

Caregiver - Part Time - Evening Shift 830 NE Elm Street, Prineville, OR 97754 Part-time Part-time New Wage Scale! Part-Time Evening Shift Immediately Available Well-maintained facility with a stable resident population! Work where you live! We are Regency Village at Prineville, centrally located in Prineville, OR. We are a retirement / assisted living community providing each individual compassionate care in a nurturing environment. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team. As a caregiver, you assist our senior residents in their daily well-being, including personal services, medication assistance, social-recreational activities, meal services, and other tasks. You will report to the wellness director.
You Will:
Follow the resident service plan including; assistance, bathing, grooming, administering medication, and other activities of daily living (ADLs), noting changes in the resident condition. Communicate problems, concerns, and issues with resident apartments, buildings, and grounds with an appropriate team member. Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures. Comply with regulatory standards and OSHA guidelines, and incident reporting guidelines. Relate and communicate with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees. Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and home-like environment for residents.
You currently:
Preferred candidates have six months of experience in senior caregiving. If new to healthcare, we will train. Exude a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe demeanor. Compose reports in English.
