What We're Looking For in a Caregiver Compassion, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help seniors live independently. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States. Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required—we value attitude and heart!

Your Responsibilities Personal care:

assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, and feeding.

Companionship:

conversation, games, reading, and social engagement.

Light housekeeping:

laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and tidying. Meals & nutrition: meal preparation and support with daily nutrition. Errands & transportation: grocery shopping and appointments.

Medication reminders:
