Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration to ensure residents' health status is maintained Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols in compliance with healthcare regulations Provide specialized care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, implementing memory care strategies to promote comfort and safety Support residents in assisted living or long-term care settings by helping with meal preparation, light cleaning, and maintaining a clean, safe environment Use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to document care activities, health updates, and incident reports efficiently Engage in behavior management techniques to support residents' emotional well-being and social interaction needs Skills Proven experience in senior care environments such as nursing homes, retirement homes, or personal care homes Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities in general Certification or experience in first aid and emergency response procedures Ability to operate medical equipment like Hoyer lifts and assist with mobility safely Strong communication skills for working effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate documentation of care activities Valid driver's license for community-based home & community care or transportation needs Join us if you're passionate about caregiving and eager to develop your skills in a supportive setting! Pay:

$17.00 - $20.26 per hour
