Hiring Caregivers/Personal Life Assistants $21/hr Part-Time to Full-Time to Extra Hours/On Call • Overnight/Graveyard Shifts Women Only -We are looking to hire multiple women to form a small, reliable support team for a 41-year-old woman who is chronically ill and mostly bed-bound. This role is a blend of hands-on caregiving, home support, and personal life assistance. It is not light work, and we are seeking people who are trustworthy, emotionally steady, physically capable, and genuinely compassionate. This position is ideal for someone motivated, organized, proactive, and comfortable with intimate personal care, emotional moments, and overnight shifts. -Currently looking for help Sunday-Thursday, 11.5-12-hour graveyard shifts, times vary. Responsibilities Include Personal care and hygiene, including bathing, toileting, wiping, in-bed care, dressing, nail care, light grooming, and massage Mobility assistance and transfers, including partial lifting and support during transfers (approximately 100 lbs with proper technique and assistance) Overnight/graveyard care — this is an awake, fully working shift (She is awake at night and sleeps during the day) Supporting emotional regulation during difficult moments (crying, frustration, occasional anger that is not directed at you ) Meal preparation, cooking, and feeding assistance All cooking is vegan. Kitchen must remain allergy-aware and gluten-safe Deep cleaning, laundry, and home organization Running errands (groceries, pharmacy, Target, takeout, etc.) Driving to and from appointments (must have clean, reliable transportation and space for a wheelchair is a plus) Health advocacy: organizing medical paperwork, tracking and researching information, communicating with doctors and support groups using provided accounts Coordinating with a small care team (family, partner, doctors, other caregivers) Assisting with personal, creative, and administrative tasks (online ordering, emails, creating home, life, and health organizational systems, social media tasks) Maintaining a no-fragrance environment (no perfumes, scented products, or smoke exposure) ⸻ The Ideal Candidate Is Trustworthy, dependable, and emotionally grounded Compassionate, patient, kind, and respectful of dignity Comfortable with intimate personal care and body-related realities Calm during emotional or stressful situations Organized, motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking and working independently Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility Computer-savvy and administratively capable (a big plus) A non-smoker with reliable transportation Comfortable working overnight shifts Open to flexible scheduling, including on-call or backup shifts ⸻

Each individual may work a maximum of 40 hours per week. We may either hire one full-time and one part-time caregiver, or divide the hours evenly between two caregivers, depending on availability.
