Caregiver/Personal Assistant/CNA

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our home care team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to a male client within their own home. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, driving to doctor's appointments, and errands. Ensuring resident rights are upheld, and contributing to the overall well-being of individuals with diverse needs. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as showering, dressing and grooming assistance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans tailored to each client's needs. Support clients in maintaining their rights and dignity while providing compassionate care. Document client progress and report any concerns or changes in condition to the manager. Documentation per state requirements. Transportation and assist to doctor's appointments and grocery store. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving, home care or health care is preferred. Must adherence to state daily charting in app Active driver's license with transportation Pass a background check Must be able to download charting app onto electronic device and be competent CPR certified Must be ok with cats Knowledge of client rights and the ability to advocate for clients effectively. Strong communication skills. Compassionate attitude towards working with individuals the are aged and disable. Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in all caregiving activities.
