We are looking for the right people to help a lovely couple stay comfortably in their own home in the woods of Underhill, Vermont. We will need deep experience with advanced dementia

Duties:

Keep the client active and interested Meal Prep Joyful Companionship Comfortable around dogs and cats Exercise Fall prevention Laundry/Make bed Med reminders / Coach to take meds

Personal Care Skills:

Cognitive Supervision/Dementia Whisperer ADL Support Ambulation Bathing Toileting Safe Driver Fall prevention

Requirements:

Reliable automobile 2+ years experience in-home or in a facility Ability to follow care plan Clear communications Ability to lift 25 pounds Join our team as a Personal Care Attendant or Nursing Assistant and contribute to providing exceptional services to our vulnerable clients.
