We strongly believe that people come first in our industry and within our company. As part of our continued growith, we are looking to add a Part-Time Caretaker to our team in Pine Island! This Part-Time, hands on position will have you responsible for maintaining the physical asset of multi-family housing properties. Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to: Common area cleaning Unit turnovers Light grounds work and snow removal Light maintenance tasks as applicable Requirements Cleaning and light maintenance experience preferred Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion Must be able to pass a criminal background check Excellent organizational and time management skills Must be able to handle confidential information Available for after hour emergencies as needed Benefits 401K with a company match Earned Sick and Safe Time PTO Lloyd Management is committed to providing long lasting careers with room for growth. The candidate selected will be offered a wage applicable to their background and skill set as aligned to our business.
