Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team in a dynamic construction and restoration environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various aspects of construction, carpentry, and restoration work, with the ability to adapt to diverse project requirements. This role offers an opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including remodeling, repair, and installation tasks across commercial and residential sites. This position will be responsible for executing detailed craftsmanship while adhering to safety standards and project specifications. Responsibilities Conduct trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and metal stud framing with precision Utilize hand tools and power tools for fabrication, assembly, and installation tasks Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, siding, roofing components, and other building elements Execute concrete forming, masonry work, plastering, stucco application, and tile laying as needed Engage in rebar installation, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and plumbing repairs Carry out roofing tasks including shingle or metal roofing installations and repairs Apply construction painting techniques for interior and exterior surfaces Perform caulking, siding installation, drywall finishing, and water damage restoration projects Assist with demolition or remodeling activities while maintaining safety protocols Handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently during material transport or structural work Read blueprints and schematics accurately to ensure precise project execution Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, and restoration industry practices Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, schematics reading, and fabrication equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as required Strong understanding of blueprint interpretation and schematic diagrams for accurate project execution Experience with drywall finishing, flooring installation (including tile), door hanging, fixture installation, and remodeling projects preferred Knowledge of water damage restoration processes including mold remediation is a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards Valid construction site experience with familiarity in the use of scaffolding or ladders as needed Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of construction work This position offers an engaging opportunity for experienced professionals committed to quality craftsmanship across diverse construction projects.
