$16.00 - $35.00 per hour (Based on experience) Job Summary Myers Construction is hiring experienced and reliable Carpenters to join our team! We're looking for individuals with a background in residential and/or commercial construction who are dependable, motivated, and take pride in their craftsmanship. This is a full-time, year-round position with consistent hours, competitive pay, and a strong benefits package. Responsibilities Perform general and finish carpentry, framing, and formwork Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Operate power tools and hand tools (saws, drills, routers, nail guns, etc.) Build walls, install partitions, erect/dismantle scaffolding and rigging Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Conduct routine maintenance of tools and equipment Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times Assist with general labor tasks as needed on job sites Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of carpentry experience preferred Valid driver's license with good driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in physically demanding conditions Comfortable working in various weather conditions Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately Strong time management, communication, and teamwork skills Schedule 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday Overtime available Year-round work Occasional weekend work as needed Benefits (After 90 Days) Health insurance Dental and vision insurance Life insurance policy IRA with company match 6 paid holidays Paid time off (1 week after 1 year, up to 3 weeks after 5 years) On-the-job training
