Remodeler with Carpentry, Drywall, Painting, Flooring, Tile and Plumbing skills needed. Work independently and with a team based on the project complexity. We have office staff to handle the paperwork for you so you can do the work in a family atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in hands on repairs involving multiple trade disciplines. An outgoing personality who enjoys solving the needs of our clients. Complete small to medium maintenance/repairs and mid-size home improvement projects Ability to diagnose and determine repair needs; estimate the cost of the repair and review with customers Strong 'multi-skill' background desired. Must own 'day to day' tools of the trade. Delight the client with strong communication and excellent skills. Comfortable advising clients on additional repairs that may be needed.
