Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated to join our team in the construction and restoration industry. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills in carpentry, construction, and restoration techniques. This role involves working on various projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and working effeceintly . The will collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Duties Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and materials needed. Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision and attention to detail. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and requirements. Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and fabrication as needed for projects. Install rebar, fixtures, cabinets, doors, siding, and perform roofing duties. Conduct water damage restoration, mold remediation, and other restoration services. Carry out heavy lifting tasks as required during construction activities. Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects including flooring installation, tile laying, and plumbing work. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proficient in construction estimating and blueprint reading. Strong background in carpentry including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, cabinetry installation, door hanging, and metal stud framing. Experience with various hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and assembly techniques. Knowledge of masonry practices, roofing systems, caulking methods, stucco application, and construction painting techniques. Familiarity with the restoration industry including water damage restoration and mold remediation processes. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with construction work. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
