Lead Carpenter & Project Lead Overall Construction - Prescott, AZ Overall Construction is an established general contracting firm that has proudly served the Prescott community since 2018. We specialize in a diverse portfolio ranging from high-end residential remodels to new construction and light commercial projects. We are currently seeking a dedicated Lead Carpenter with a minimum of four years of professional experience . This is a pivotal role within our company, requiring a blend of technical mastery, logistical management, and professional communication. Position Overview The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of various job sites, ensuring that all work meets our rigorous standards for quality and safety. You will act as the primary liaison between our crew, our subcontractors, and our clients.

Primary Responsibilities Technical Execution:

Perform and oversee complex carpentry tasks including demolition, structural framing, and finish work for both residential and commercial applications.

Project Supervision:

Manage the full lifecycle of a project, from initial demolition and site prep to final walkthrough.

Personnel Management:

Direct and mentor junior employees and laborers to ensure maximum productivity and adherence to building codes.

Client Relations:

Represent Overall Construction in a professional manner when communicating with property owners and other clients. `

Professional Requirements Experience:

A minimum of 4 years of proven carpentry and/or construction experience.

Scope:

Proficiency in remodeling, new builds, and commercial construction environments.

Tools & Transport:

Must possess a reliable vehicle and a comprehensive set of professional-grade hand and power tools.

Leadership:

Demonstrated ability to manage teams and resolve conflict efficiently.

Integrity:

A strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Compensation Wage:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour (commensurate with experience and skill set).
